Happy New Year! 2015!!

Resolution day 1:

Today is a powerful day to meditate and write down your goals and dreams. Take time to do this today and set your intentions to make 2015 the best year yet!

And it's ok to be on your own time schedule! As you will see, I am :).

Some excellent additions to your healing practices would be to add essential oils to your routine. Waking up or falling asleep with various aromatherapies can set the mood and increase or decrease certain states of mind. For example, lavendar to soothe and calm. There are so many options that are so healthy and will help naturally guide you to where you need to be.

Essential oils are used for a very wide range of emotional and physical wellness applications. They can be used a single oil or in complex blends depending on user experience and desired benefit. Essential oils are usually administered by one of three methods: diffused aromatically, applied topically, or taken internally as dietary supplements.

Whatever your needs, there is an oil for you or more. I would also recommend a diffuser. This can be used at night to help calm stress and prepare you for the upcoming day.
